Due to a number of recent business wins they are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join them in their office in Edinburgh.

The Role – Business Analyst

In this role individuals are responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the definition, analysis, delivery and maintenance of business, project and system requirements. They support transformation and change projects for clients who are within the Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities;

Writing and designing process maps
Preparing business requirements, documenting ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes and delivering process flows
Assisting in the development and / or implementation of Target Operating Models
Coordinating project input
Defining report structures to management
Formally documenting functions
Writing process documentation
Experience of making prompt and practical business decisions.

The Essential Skills – Business Analyst

Undergraduate Degree
Demonstrable experience of Business Analysis in a corporate function
Demonstrable experience of success within complex project environments
Significant technical understanding of Business Analysis framework value cycles, business processes, business requirements and UAT methodologies
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite

The Desirables

Previous experience of working in a regulatory change driven environment
Previous experience of working in an IT enabled change environment
Previous experience of working within a banking environment
