Strong customer service experience ideally within a contact centre environment
Able to demonstrate that you have the ability to build positive relationships with customers
Possess excellent communication skills both spoken and written
Excellent PC skills and are computer literate
What does the day look like?
First point of contact for customers through telephone, email and digital
Focus on resolving customers problems at first point of contact
Ensure that customers are provided with an excellent level of customer service
Work to business KPI’s, quality levels and procedures
