I am currently working on a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Associate to join a boutique asset management firm in Edinburgh. They are offering a highly competitive salary for the right candidate.
This is a small corporate business who have key relationships with institutional investors, consultants, wealth advisors and their clients putting them at the forefront and managing expectations on a regular basis. They are focused on truly providing the best possible solutions for their extensive client base.
Main duties of the Customer Support Associate role:
You will provide support via telephone and email for all inbound and outbound new business queries, successfully dealing with challenging and escalated calls in accordance with the company complaints model. You will give suitable advice on technical issues. In this role, you will manage various points of escalation such as new business, complaint handling, technical issues and manage procedures to ensure that they are fully compliant with FCA regulations.
