HRC Recruitment are looking to recruit a professional, first class Receptionist to be based front of house within a professional customer focuased environment. We are working with a market leading client, who offer an excellent working environment and great team culture.

Working as part of a small team, you will the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone . You must have excellent speech, strong organisational skills and you will be very well presented. A polished appearance is essential.
As Receptionist , your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls, passing on calls and taking messages
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
Taking client appointments
Dealing with client payments
Advising clients as required.
Ensuring reception is presentable and ready for use
Providing refreshments as required
Dealing with incoming, outgoing mail, couriers etc.
Data entry and typing
Providing administrative support as and when required.
To be successful for this role you will be well presented, confident and have first class communication skills. Previous reception-based experience and customer service skills from a customer focused firm is essential.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours a week, working 4 days over Monday to Friday, shifts between the hours of 9am and 8pm and 1 in 5 Saturdays.
