Maternity leave. It’s one of those things that a HR team are expected to advise on. You’ll sort out things like ante-natal appointments, annual leave accrual, keeping in touch days and any other relevant issues that may crop up. It’s an exciting time for the mother-to-be.

But what happens when the mother-to-be is on the HR team?

That obviously creates a need for a stand-out HR Advisor who can seamlessly step up to the plate and carry on being the face of HR to the 300 strong staff who will continue to need advice and guidance in the year ahead.

Could you be that interim employee who provides stellar maternity cover?

You’ll be used to delivering employment law advice and dealing with casework. You’ll know that, when it comes to contracts of employment, recruitment planning and everyday admin, attention to detail and excellent communication skills is at the heart of everything you do.

You’ll be part of a really supportive team who’ll help you hit the ground running and make you feel like you’ve been around forever – even though you’re on a maternity contract.
