£25,000- £35,000 a year (based on experience)
21 hour weeks spread over 3 days of your choice.
This role involves providing coaching and advice to line manager on HR related policies and practice, employee relations casework and monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes. Relevant HR Advisory experience in professional services (e.g. law firm) is essential, along with a solid understanding of all core areas of HR and a g ood working knowledge of UK employment law, procedures and processes.
