Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for half of the business across a number of Scottish regions and will be responsible for the delivery of both a generalist, operational remit and strategic project as well.
You will have excellent technical skills in handling ER cases but will also have an ability to coach and train managers as well as carry out talent management and succession planning work.
