We are working on a really interesting opportunity in the market for an experienced Personal Insolvency Administrator to join a highly professional organisation where Insolvency is a real area of growth for the firm.
This role will involve being responsible for carrying out all aspects of Personal Insolvency Case Administration and providing support to the Partners and Senior Management.

You must have previous experience of personal insolvency case administration
CPI/CPPI qualification or willingness to study towards
Ability to work to tight demanding deadlines
Good time management skills
Be able to prioritise busy workloads
Excellent communication skills

Work well with minimal supervision
Effective planning and organising skills
What will the day to day look like?
Maintain a portfolio of personal insolvency cases, ensuring deadlines for reporting and statute are met and to ensure smooth progression of each specific job
Responsible for realisation of assets
Plan and organise caseload
Preparation of initial proposals and statement of affairs
Preparation of annual reports
Preparation of Sequestration accounts
Ensure that any client issues are dealt with and that Senior Staff are aware of any points raised
Adjudication of creditor claims including payment of dividends
Communication with debtors and creditors/ stakeholders
Manage and develop client relationships
Ensure that reporting deadlines are met
