Are you who we are looking for?
You must have previous experience working in an accountancy role within a legal environment
SOLAS qualification would be advantageous but not essential
Experience working alongside a wider team and understanding changing priorities
Be confident and comfortable speaking with clients
Have a friendly and approachable manner
What will the day to day look like?
Reviewing and inputting data accurately onto firm system
Daily bank reconcilations
Processing partner payemtns
Preparation of client and office banking
Assisting with month-end
Posting cash receipts to ledgers and speaking with credit control regarding allocation
Use of online banking systems
Compiling with Law Society rules
