Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Sales Support Coordinator from a Manufacturing background, preferably print or packaging? 


Can you work in a past paced, changeable environment, managing your own workload to ensure optimum service levels are achieved? 


Do you enjoy taking ownership of service delivery of key accounts and working closely within internal Sales Rep’s?


HRC Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a global provider who have an office in Clydebank (employee parking available). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable brand in the industry, working on a full time permanent basis. Fantastic working hours are available Monday to Friday approx. 8:30am-4:30pm with a 3:30 Friday finish! This role comes with an attractive salary of between £23,500-£27,500 depending on experience. 


Are you who we’re looking for? 

• Experience working in a similar environment 

• Customer Service, Account Management or Sales Support Coordination experience in a printing or packaging role is highly desirable 

• Experience in a past paced manufacturing environment is also considered 

• Ability to work closely with internal Sales Representative 

• Strong time management skills with ability to manage own workload

• Extremely customer focused, understanding the importance of delivering exceptional service levels to key accounts 


What does the day to day look like?

• Manage and develop long-standing relationships with an assigned client group 

• Communicate and work closely with internal Sales Representatives 

• Ensure successful and timely delivery according to the customer needs 

• Going above and beyond for the customer to exceed their expectations 

• Investigating customer accounts, understanding their specific needs and using a proactive approach

• Ensuring consistent customer communication is maintained 

• Provide input to monthly sales forecasts 

• Ensure customer billings are correct 

• Build rapport with your customer base, creating trust and open communication

• Update order entry processes 

• Provide insight on customers needs, order history, trends and future forecasts
