You must have previous experience working within a call and contact centre
Bring excellent attention to detail
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

What does the day look like?
Liaise with brokers daily providing an exceptional service
Manage a high volume of calls daily
Answer a wide range of queries
Adhere to all policies and procedures
This role has a very attractive working pattern working on a full-time basis between the opening hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
