Salary: £16,500 per annum for 27.5 hours per week

HRC Recruitment is working with a leading organisations based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit an experienced and hardworking Part Time Audio Secretary / Receptionist .
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.15pm – 1.15pm and Friday 8.30am to 5pm. The successful candidate will be specifically looking for part time hours.
Working as part of a small support team, supporting a team of industry experts, you will be providing front of house, reception support as well as board level secretarial support as required.
As Part Time Audio Secretary / Receptionist your responsibilities will include:
Audio, digital dictation and copy typing of general correspondence, reports, memos and emails
Meeting and greeting visitors
Dealing with calls to reception
Front of house admin support
General clerical support.
This role is very much primarily reception based, however, audio typing and secretarial skills are an essential part of the role.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience of audio typing and digital dictation, a proven track record is essential. Previous experience from a professional services environment is desired.
To be successful for this role you will be well presented, confident and have first class communication skills.
