Do you have experience in the following?
Processing of all supplier invoices
Reconciling of supplier statements
Producing all period end trial balances, balance sheets, income & expenditure reports
Producing invoices to customers and assisting with collecting payments
Maintain accurate records of contingency funds
Assist with budget calculations and projections
Ad-hoc reporting to residents
Assist accountant in producing all month end financial reports
Assisting with card payments/cash handling
Purchase ledger reconciliations
Experience with SAP and SAGE
