Temporary Purchase Ledger – Glasgow – £10-12 ph

Would you like the opportunity to work in a busy accounts department based in Glasgow? HRC Recruitment have a great opportunity to work with a friendly team on a week to week temporary basis.

Do you have experience in the following?

Processing of all supplier invoices
Reconciling of supplier statements
Producing all period end trial balances, balance sheets, income & expenditure reports
 Producing invoices to customers and assisting with collecting payments
Maintain accurate records of contingency funds
Assist with budget calculations and projections
Ad-hoc reporting to residents
Assist accountant in producing all month end financial reports
Assisting with card payments/cash handling
Purchase ledger reconciliations
Experience with SAP and SAGE
