HRC Recruitment are working with a leading professional business based in the Heart of Edinburgh City Centre to secure a Sales Support / Office Manager, to work closely with and provide full support to, a team of Sales Consultants.
This is a varied role and will suit someone who likes to be busy and roll their sleeves up.
What does an average day look like?
Well it can vary massively, however below are some of the main duties:
Managing the support areas of the business
Typing documentation ensuring it matches the various brands of the business
Manipulating and preparing sales figures
Utilizing PowerPoint for company wide presentations
Managing client profiles as and when required
Assisting with the planning of events (which may require support out with normal hours if required)
Providing clerical and project based support to the Sales Consultants.
