We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join a growing and thriving organisation where you will be dealing with their day to day Accountancy tasks.
You will be someone that is comfortable managing their own workload and understands how to prioritise tasks to ensure all deadlines are met. You will also be working closely with a small team therefore you will be someone that has a positive attitude to work and a can-do approach.
What will the day to day look like?
You will be allocating money to multiple different bank accounts
Transferring money on a daily basis
Working on Sage
Allocating client money in line with different policy agreements
Preparing management accounts
Chasing aged debt
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Are you who we are looking for?
You will be confident and comfortable taking full responsibility for accountancy tasks
Experienced working in a finance position previously – essential
Comfortable working as part of a small but highly productive team
Be able to handle a varied role and understand how to prioritise your tasks to ensure everything is done
Have strong attention to detail and a natural questioning nature if things don’t make sense
