We are seeking to engage in conversations with experienced Project Managers to discuss the opportunity to join one our fastest growing clients on the Ayrshire Coast. At present they have opportunities for Project Managers to join them in their Service Excellence team to support the wider team in the delivery of IT enhancements and business improvement projects.
Reporting to the Head of Service Excellence this role will encompass responsibilities in the following areas;
Creating & analysing MI to identify opportunities for business improvement activities & projects.
Managing Business Change projects from initiation to delivery and post-delivery assessment.
Creating project plans and gaining acceptance from key business stakeholders.
Ensuring the delivery of projects against expectations whilst mitigating associated risks and issues.
Managing the interface with IT developers and delivering the full IT project life-cycle.
Aligning projects to dependencies to ensure a co-ordinated approach between functions and departments.
Coaching more junior members of staff
This role will appeal to those who are looking to take the next step in their career and have extensive experience of delivering business change initiatives including;
The full IT project lifecycle to deliver process improvements.
Business change methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
Creating and delivering project plans in conjunction with stakeholders.
Working within a regulated environment
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
Formal training and qualifications in at least one methodology such as PRINCE2, AGILE, Six Sigma,
Knowledge of workflow systems
Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping
University education to degree level.
