How the day to day will look:
As a manager in the team you will be working in a client facing role and will be responsible for delivering a range of due diligence projects for clients
Responsible for the management of transaction processes as well as developing and mentoring more junior members of staff
A varied role where you will be responsible for developing your client network across a wide range of industry sectorsRess.
Build, commercialise and sustain relationships with management team members for the benefit of the firm.
Demonstrate the ability to give clear directions, as well as positive and constructive feedback.
Coach less experienced staff and actively assist in the development of others.
Are you who we are looking for?
Strong academic background with financial qualifications such as ACA
A strong knowledge of Corporate Finance Transactions and specifically Financial Due Diligence
Excellent written and oral communication
IT skills – strong excel, PowerPoint and word skills desired
