Position: Temporary Administrator
Salary: £9.50 – £10.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
Length of Contract: Week to Week (Potential Permanent Opportunity)
Location: Glasgow City Centre

– Have experience working in an office environment providing administrative support
– Good with computer systems
– Solid experience with data entry & working with numbers
– Desired experience within Retail or Sales
What does the day to day look like?
– Assisting the sales team with administrative support
– Working with other teams in the office to ensure deadlines are met
– Use Microsoft Excel to record data
– Use of inhouse systems
– Producing reports
– Dealing with a busy email inbox
– Assisting with email orders
– Any ad hoc administrative duties
