Position: Temporary Administrator
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: £9 – £10.50 per hour
Contract Length: 3 – 6 months (Ongoing Temporary Position)
Hours: Monday to Friday (shifts are between 8am – 6pm)
Location: Glasgow City Centre

First class customer service skills
Very confident telephone manner
Hard working individual who can prioritise tasks
You are patient and calm when dealing with busy periods
Good systems knowledge
Experience in a busy office environment

What does the day look like?
Providing first class customer service for clients via phone & emails
Assisting with queries on company’s products
Data entry & making sure client files are updated correctly
Managing administrative duties to ensure clients have all their paperwork
Supporting teams with any ad hoc administrative duties
