My client is looking for a super star Receptionist to represent them at the front desk of the office covering holidays.
This position is to cover long term absence, so is a week to week ongoing assignment.
Hours – 9am – 5pm / parking onsite

– Switchboard experience
– Good administrative skills
– Works well with a team
– IT literate
What does the day look like?
– Answering incoming calls, passing on calls and taking messages
– Welcoming & assisting senior members of the company
– Organising meeting rooms
– Dealing with deliveries
– Sorting & Franking mail
– Providing administrative support to the Office Manager
– Updating system accurately
– Data entry and typing
– Any ad hoc admin duties
