Heading up the team is our HR Business Manager, Andy Brady. Andy is responsible for recruiting Senior and Executive level roles as well as being known as a specialist recruiter in niche areas such as; Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and HR Systems. He recruits across Scotland finding permanent, interim and temporary solutions for our clients.
Working alongside Andy is our Senior Consultant, Evelyn Costello, who joined HRC in the summer of last year. Evelyn has spent time both as a recruiter and as a HR Manager in the retail sector, giving her a unique perspective on the market. Evelyn also recruits at senior space and has an outstanding reputation of recruiting across the Scottish market in senior HR roles.
Recruiting for the junior to mid end of the HR market is our Senior Consultant, Linzi Murphy. Linzi works with businesses across both the West and East coast of Scotland to offer effective temp and interim solutions for our clients HR needs. She recruits for roles such as a HR Administrator, right through to a HR Business Partner.
Joining Linzi is fellow Senior Consultant, Monica Lochrie. Monica is passionate about HR topics such as the gender pay gap, leadership and development and flexible working. She regularly attends conferences with regards to pressing industry issues; often writing about them on our company blog. Monica recruits for permanent junior to mid-market HR roles across a wide and varied selection of industries across Scotland.
Their combined length of experience as specialist HR recruiters makes our team one of the strongest teams in their sector. They have an unrivalled insight and understanding as to how the market moves, what factors affect the recruitment process and, most importantly, what their clients and candidates are looking for.
