Here at HRC Recruitment, we have added an IT offering to our recruitment solutions; set up with a team who are deeply passionate and knowledge about the market in which they recruit. We believe we can offer a truly bespoke recruitment service, coupled with friendly expertise, to those looking to make their mark on or source talent within the Scottish IT sector.
Heading up our IT offering is Managing Consultant, David Stark. David joined the company specifically to lead and develop an IT & Change offering to keep up with the burgeoning technology demands of our clients. He has fourteen years Financial Services and IT experience, working across Banking and Asset Management.
He is completely engaged in his market and is often ahead of the curve when it comes to industry news and developments. David will be recruiting across Scotland – everywhere from Dumfries to Dundee – for full time, part time, day rate and contract roles; from Desktop Support to Solutions Designers and everything in between.
Joining David is Chris Milne. Chris spent two and a half years travelling and picked up the recruitment bug along the way. Whilst based in Australia, he began his IT recruitment career and came to join the HRC team in 2017. He will be recruiting for both permanent and contract roles in the sector and has a real love of networking events, industry conferences and seminars. He regularly keeps up to date with the market and has a genuine love for technology, sourcing tools and IT solutions.
Working alongside Chris is Jennifer Scott. Jennifer is an enthusiastic recruiter who joined the team here at HRC at the beginning of 2018. With several roles across the central belt of Scotland, Jennifer specialises in Java and Software Development recruitment and has recently worked on placing Technical Architects and Application Designers. She enjoys nothing more than the special moment when you tell candidate they’ve been successful at interview and enjoys to fully prepare and coach her candidates through the interview process.
Also on the team is our IT resourcer, Ian Anderson. Ian has previously worked in both the public and private sector within IT support and infrastructure roles. He is incredibly passionate about technology, with particular regard to the burgeoning Scottish gaming industry. He has worked within IT for almost five years and joined the HRC team at the end of 2017.
